Learned counsel for petitioner/plaintiff states that by now respondents/defendants No.1 and 2 have been served and house of respondent/defendant No.3 was found locked, and now the matter is fixed for 09.07.2026. 3. As no reasons have been given for non-grant of interim temporary injunction, impugned order dated 29.04.2026 is set aside.
