The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Hansdiha P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has only been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. He next submits that the petitioner is the wife of Geno Das @ Rakesh Kumar Das and said Geno Das along with two others have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail by this court in A.B.A. No. 4221 of 2025. He then submits that there is no direct or independent witness to the alleged occurrence, which casts doubt on the veracity of the prosecution version. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that there is direction allegation against the petitioner. Considering that only on the basis of suspicion, the present case has been lodged and the petitioner is said to be the wife of Geno Das @ Rakesh Kumar Das and said Geno Das along with two others have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail by this court in the aforementioned A.B.A. and further the dead body of the deceased was found adjacent to the bridge near Hansdiha Railway Station and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, above named. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Hansdiha P.S.
