By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 In view of the above facts and grounds this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased direct the Respondent Authorities to vacate the Respondent no 4-31 with immediate effect. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities to look after the order of Revenue Court as well as the order passed by the Ld. Civil Courts and in light of those orders, it should be complied with immediate effect. 10.3 That any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be granted in favor of the petitionersafeguarding his interest.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue his remedy available under the law before the concerned authorities. 3.
