No. 22318 of 2026 by this Court whereby the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025, subject to certain conditions. 2. In the present application, the petitioner seeks modification of one of the conditions imposed by this Court at the time of granting bail. 3. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the same is hereby allowed. Accordingly, the condition mentioned in paragraph ‘7’ requiring execution of a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- is hereby waived.
