Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 51/2023 dated 30.11.2023, registered at Cyber Police Station East, for commission of offences under Sections 419/420 IPC. 2. Learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State submits that investigation is almost over and charge-sheet is likely to be filed very shortly and the offences are, even otherwise, compoundable in nature. 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition. He submits that as and when the charge-sheet is filed, he would file appropriate application seeking permission to compound the offences in question. 4.
