The instant two matters are listed today under the heading “To Be Mentioned” since some typographical error and/or omission took place in the cause title of the order dated January 13, 2026 in respect of WPCT 253 of 2025. 2. In view of such in the cause title of the order dated January 13, 2026 the words mentioned as ‘Ex-Rect Roushan Kumar’ be deleted and in its place the words ‘Ex- Rect Raushan Kumar’ be inserted. 3. Similarly in the cause title after the words ‘Army No.’ the following figures and letter, namely, ‘18013645N’ be deleted and in its 2 place the following figures and letter, namely, ‘18013645W’ be inserted. 4. It is made clear that such corrections are relating to the cause title of WPCT 253 of 2025. 5. The department is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated 13th January, 2026 in terms of this order. 6. Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated January 13, 2026.
