Ms. Manjulika Horo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has submitted that the order has been complied with and as such, the contempt case may be closed. However, she has submitted that the benefit of pension is yet to be paid and as such, she has sought for liberty to agitate the issue of pensionary benefit by filing appropriate application before appropriate forum. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the concerned opposite party is having no objection. Considering the aforesaid submission, the instant contempt case is being closed and disposed of. However, liberty is being reserved to the petitioner to ventilate the subsisting grievance, if any, pertaining to the pensionary benefit by filing appropriate application before the appropriate forum. 4. It goes without saying that such liberty will also depend upon the outcome of the Letters Patent Appeal since the order passed by this Court dated 16.10.2019 has been complied with making it subject matter of the Letters Patent Appeal being L.P.A.
