This is the third bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 525/2024 registered at Police Station – Tilda Neora, Dist. Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 103(A), 191 (2), 193(3), 190 of B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act. 2. First bail application, i.e., M.Cr.C. No.3788/2025 has been rejected on merits vide order dated 13.05.2025 and second bail application, i.e., M.Cr.C.No.6765/2025 has also been rejected by this Court on 28.08.2025 on merits. The present being repeat application has been filed for grant of bail. Since the first and second bail applications 2 having been dismissed on merits and looking to the serious nature and gravity of offence, I do not find any good ground to entertain the repeat bail application. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible. 3. Accordingly, the repeat application filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. is rejected. 4.
