The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not releasing the retirement benefits i.e., the encashment of Earned Leave and Half pay leave vide token No.414814/2025 for Rs.2,36,051/- and vide token No.414769/2025 for Rs.4,44,971/- as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The case of the petitioner is that he was working as Secondary Grade teacher at SGT MPPS, Koduru main A-Konduru Mandal, NTR District(Krishna District) in the year 1994 and retired from service on 31.12.2024 as the retirement benefits of the Petitioner are not being processed and released, the present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that upon quantification of the Petitioner’s retirement benefits, the same will be released subject to clearance by the Finance Department. 4. As there is no dispute that the Petitioner had served in the Secondary Grade teacher at SGT MPPS, Koduru main A-Konduru Mandal, NTR District(Krishna District) and had retired from service on the dates mentioned above, the writ petition is disposed of with following directions: i) The Respondents are directed to process and pay all the retirement benefits to the account of the Petitioner within a period of three months from today, failing which the Respondents shall also consider for payment of interest as per rules. ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
