When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M. Bala Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioner has already obtained an order of stay of all further proceedings in Crime No.23 of 2025 on the file of Ramagiri Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District. In view of the said development, the learned counsel submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Criminal Petition filed for anticipatory bail and therefore the petition may be closed. 3.
