The grievance ventilated in the present revision petition is that despite filing an application vide I.A No.35 of 2024 under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of C.P.C., the same is being adjourned from time to time, at the behest of respondent and as a result of the same, petitioner/plaintiff is seriously prejudiced to. 3. As seen from the docket proceedings filed along with the revision petition, it would appear that sufficient opportunity was afforded to respondent and in fact, on four occasions i.e., on 30.06.2025, 09.09.2025, 04.11.2025 and 08.01.2026, time for filing counter, as a last chance was granted. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the matter stands posted to 30.06.2026. 5. Considering the submissions made and perusing the material on record, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, is inclined to dispose of the revision petition, providing that the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Excise Court – Cum – Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, shall make endeavor to dispose of the above referred I.A. as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of next posting. 6.
