The petitioners herein are respondents/State in the said O.A.No.1850 of 2017. At the stage of admission of the original application, the Tribunal has passed interim order on 10.07.2017 directing the respondents therein to consider the cases of the applicants for extending benefit of increments, HRA, Additional HRA, Uniform Allowance and CCA Allowances and passed orders in terms of Government Memo, dated 28.03.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the said order. Against the said order, dated 10.07.2017, the present writ petition is filed by the State. 3. Heard learned Government Pleader appearing for petitioners and Sri Ch. Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel appearing for respondents and perused the material available on record. 4.
