The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No.45 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 317(5)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Section 12 of the Jharkhand Bovine Slaughter Act , pending in the Court of the learned C.J.M, Khunti. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case alleging that petitioners have fled away from the place of occurrence while taking the Bovine animal through forest. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent which has been stated in paragraph no.13 of the anticipatory bail application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioners fled away from the place of occurrence. On this ground, the anticipatory bail of the petitioners’ may be rejected. 5. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and further in the FIR the name of the person who has taken the name of these petitioners has not been disclosed. Accordingly, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Khunti in 2026:JHHC:21431 connection with Khunti P.S.
