On perusal of the record, it appears that the Petitioner has approached this Court earlier in W.P.(C) No.30697 of 2024, which was disposed of on 11th December, 2024 with a direction to consider the representation of the Petitioner. Accordingly, the representation of the Petitioner was considered by the Collector and District Magistrate, Mayurbhanj and the same was rejected on merit vide order dated 10th April, 2025 (Annexure-5). Subsequently, the Petitioner approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.16178 of 2025, which was disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 1st July, 2025 without interfering with the order passed under Annexure-5. However, the Petitioner again moved the Zone Officer, L.A., S.I.P., Laxmiposi, who dismissed the claim of the Petitioner vide order dated 18th August, 2025. The Petitioner has not challenged the said order in the present writ petition. 4. However, in course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
