On the request of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is taken up and heard for final disposal at the admission stage. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner initiated proceedings before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT)-cum-Labour Court, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Tribunal’) vide Case No. CGIT 19/2013 titled as ‘General Secretary Jaipur Thekedaran Karamchari Sangh Vs. Malviya National Institute of Technology’, seeking his regularization in the year 2013, and till date, the concerned Tribunal has not taken any action for disposal of the proceedings. 3. This Court finds that an inordinate time has been taken by the concerned Tribunal in concluding the proceedings i.e. nearly 13 years have elapsed since the proceedings were initiated, and [2026:RJ-JP:17035] (2 of 2) [CW-5985/2026] there is no justification to keep the said proceedings pending for such a long period. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petition, directing the concerned Tribunal to conclude the proceedings within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 4.
