Learned counsel for respondent submits that this contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 07.09.2021 passed by this Court in WPC No.2856 of 2021 whereby this Court has directed that no forceful dispossession of the petitioners shall be carried out from the land bearing Survey No.725/1 admeasuring 5 acres and the petitioner herein is still in possession.
2. Submission made by learned counsel for the respondent with regard to possession of the petitioner over the land bearing Survey No.725/1 admeasuring 5 acres, as of now, is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, I do not find any good ground to continue with this contempt petition any further.
