The Court made the following Order:
Heard Smt. Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Abdul Mateen, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4.
2. The present contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the
order dated 13.07.2019 in W.P No.10099 of 2019.
3. A learned Judge of this Court disposed of the said writ petition, with a direction to the respondent No.2 therein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2018 submitted by the petitioner and pass necessary orders within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this
order.
4. Though the time stipulated for disposal of the representation was two weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order, along with the reply- affidavit filed by the respondent No.4, the proceedings dated 23.10.2019 was enclosed, which goes to show that the representation of the petitioner was examined and rejected. The said reply-affidavit was filed on 01.10.2021, after due service to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Be that as it may.
5. As the proceedings dated 23.10.2019, is in compliance with the orders passed in the writ petition, the contempt case is closed. However, this order would not preclude the petitioner to work out his remedies against the order dated 23.10.2019, in accordance with law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA Date:12.02.2026 Ksj
