The petitioner subsequently was examined by the Chief Medical Officer of the respondent-Corporation Hospital at Hyderabad and the Chief Medical Officer also opined that the petitioner is unfit for discharging the duty of driver on account of colour blindness. 3. It is submitted that the respondents without issuing any show-cause notice or conducting any enquiry have removed the petitioner. They have not allotted any duties to the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent-corporation for continuing his service in any other suitable post by extending the benefit of Section 47 of The Persons with
Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995. 4.
