Case No. 41 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with bricks. Doctor has found the injury to be grievous. 4.
