Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2026.06.17 14:54:21 +0530 2 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favor of the petitioner as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the interest of justice. 2) It appears that the petitioner has challenged the order passed by Chief Executive Officer Zila Sahkari Kendriya Bank Maryadit, Bilaspur dated 14.7.2022. Mr. Jitendra Shrivastava submits that this writ petition is not maintainable as petitioner has efficacious alternative remedy to assail the dispute according to Section 55(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 3) At this stage, Ms. Vanak seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under the law. 4) No objection from other side. 5) Consequently, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
