JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER (a) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned E- action notice vide no KGB/RO/CKM/R &L/SARFAESI/ SN-26/2025-26 dated 05.02.2026 issued by the Respondent (Annexure-B); (b) Issue writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to Extend the OTS scheme as per letter dated 30.12.2025 (Annexure-A). (c) Pass such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit & proper in the interest of justice & equity." 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that when the one time settlement is pending consideration, the respondent/Bank had issued E-auction notice dated 05.02.2026. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank submits that they have extended the time for one time settlement till 30.03.2026 and as they have extended the time, they will not go ahead with the auction. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following order: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14387 WP No. 6809 of 2026 ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent/Bank not to take any coercive steps till 30.03.2026. ii. If the petitioner fails to pay the amount, the respondent/Bank is at liberty to proceed with the auction. iii. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
