GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief :- “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents No. 3 and 4, in interfering with the petitioner peaceful possession and enjoyment of the agricultural land measuring Ac. 0-60 cents, originally in Survey No. 301, and now identified after re-survey as Sy. No. 292 (Ac. 0- 10 cents) and Sy. No. 299 (Ac. 0- 50 cents) with corresponding LP Nos. 492 and 493 of South Amuluru Village, Thotapalli Gudur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, further threatening the petitioner and her family members that they will foist false cases against them is nothing but illegal, arbitrary, and without jurisdiction, and consequently direct the Respondents No. 2 to 4, for not to interfere in to the petitioner peaceful possession and enjoyment of the agricultural land measuring Ac. 0-60 cents, originally in Survey No. 301, and now identified after re-survey as Sy. No. 292 (Ac. 0- 10 cents) and Sy. No. 299 (Ac. 0-50 cents) with corresponding LP Nos. 492 and 493 of South Amuluru Village, Thotapalli Gudur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, and to pass such order(s).” 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Sri V. Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the Respondents No. 3 and 4 are illegally interfering with the petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of her agricultural land, threatening the petitioner and her family members with false criminal cases, even though they have no lawful authority or jurisdiction. 3 Dr.YLR, J W.P.No.14230 of 2026 Dated 08.06.2026 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the police have never interfered in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere henceforth in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.5 without following due process of law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ Dr.Y.
