OMP No. 937 of 2026 6. Considering   the   fact   that   the   accompanying appeal has been admitted for hearing, which will take sufficient   long   time,   for   its   disposal,   during   the pendency   of   the   appeal,   the   execution   of   the   award dated 22.02.2023, passed in Case No. 262/21, by the Divisional Commissioner, Mandi, exercising the power of Arbitrator, under the National Highways Act, 1956, shall remain   stayed,   subject   to   the   condition   that   the applicant­appellant   shall   deposit   the   entire   awarded amount, along with up­to­date interest, within a period of   eight   weeks,   from   today.     The   application   stands disposed of. 7.
