By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No. 60/2021 dated 23.02.2021, registered under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Begumpur, District Rohini, New Delhi. 2. After some arguments, Mr. Shashank Shekhar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 3. Mr. Shekhar further seeks a direction for expeditious conclusion of the trial proceedings before the learned Sessions Court. In this regard, while dismissing the bail application of co-accused Jitender [BAIL APPLN. 3731/2025, decided on 25.02.2026] arising out of the same FIR, this Court had observed as follows: This is a digitally signed order. However, the learned Sessions Court is requested to endeavour to expedite the proceedings to the extent possible, in accordance with its Board and the age of the matters pending before it. Mr. Chauhan assures the Court that the prosecution will cooperate in this process.” 4. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, reiterates the aforesaid assurance before this Court. In view thereof, this Court is certain that, pursuant to the aforesaid observation, the learned Sessions Court shall make all endeavours to expedite the proceedings in accordance therewith. 5. In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid observations. 6.
