Contempt Petition under Sections 10 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner against the Respondents for non-compliance of Settlement Agreement dated 10.04.2019, recorded in Order dated 15.04.2019 passed by this Court in CS(OS)3153/2015 and to direct contemnors to comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 2. During pendency of these proceedings, parties had been referred again for mediation and they have finally arrived at settlement vide Mediation Settlement dated 09.10.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner now stated that there was also a locker of the father containing jewellery worth crores of rupees; and though Petitioner was aware about the locker, she was not aware about the items put in it by the father and she intends to move another Application.
