This Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the Revision Petition No.16 of 2016 within two (02) months from the date of receipt of the order after giving an opportunity to all the parties. 4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
