The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Ramkanda P.S.Case No. 38/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S, pending in the Court of JMFC, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is only earning member of his family member. He further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.10.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there is direct and specific allegation against this petitioner; as such, he does not deserve grant of regular bail. 5. Having regard to the direct allegation made against this petitioner as well as gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.
