KAMAL ORAL ORDER Petitioner who was the panel counsel of respondent-Union of India had raised invoice in respect of his rendering services. Alleged non-payment of the same has resulted in petitioner approaching this Court by way of this petition. 2. Learned Central Government Senior Panel counsel appearing for Union of India had filed a memo dated 13.12.2024 enclosing a statement of account in respect of the invoices raised by the petitioner claiming the amount and the actual amount paid thereof and also another memo dated 29.01.2026 enclosing the observation and the sanction order against each of the invoice raised by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits given an opportunity he would furnish the details of the effective hearing dates as concern in this regard have been raised by the respondent in the invoices enclosed along with the memo dated - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28186 WP No. 20549 of 2022 29.01.2026 and a direction be issued to the respondent- Union of India to consider the same in a time-bound manner. 4. Learned Central Government Senior counsel for respondent submits, if petitioner justifies his claim for the amount mentioned in the invoices and furnish the documents as required and mentioned in the office orders enclosed to memo dated 29.01.2026, appropriate order thereon would be passed. 5. Taking submission on record, petition is disposed of. 6. Petitioner is liberty to furnish such details as may be required justifying his claim for his service rendered and on submission of such information, respondent-Ministry of Mines may pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
