Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 4. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue such appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the enquiry and pass suitable orders in view of Section 10a of the Karnataka Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997 and/or; b. Issue such appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.02.2026 and 05.03.2026 addressed to the 4th respondent shown at Annexure-F and Annexure-J in accordance with - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28119 WP No. 10510 of 2026 Section 10A of the Karnataka Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997; and c. Grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint submitted by the petitioner and representation dated 02.02.2026 and 05.03.2026 under Section 10A Of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997. has not been considered and necessary orders passed, despite a lapse of nearly 3 months. 4. Whenever a complaint has been submitted for the purpose of removal of the Archaka, it is required for the respondents to have considered the same and passed necessary orders within a reasonable period of time. Either accepting or rejecting the request made by the petitioner. 5. Neither having been done, this Court passes the following; ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued, directing respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.02.2026 and 05.03.2026 at Annexure- - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28119 WP No. 10510 of 2026 F and Annexure-J within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copies. iii.
