The earlier application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.12.2025 passed in M.Cr.C No.10219/2025. 2. As per the story of the prosecution, on 28.06.2025 at about 11:00 PM, the Applicant along with co-accused persons went to the complainant's house, abused the family members and assaulted Ranjeet Navrenge, Jitendra Navrenge and Shekhar Navrenge with wooden sticks. It is further alleged that at about 1:00 AM, the accused persons again came to the house, trespassed into the room of Ranjeet Navrenge and assaulted him and Komal Navrenge with wooden sticks and a knife. During the incident, co-accused Satyam Nagarchi allegedly inflicted knife injuries on Komal Navrenge, resulting in his death. Based on the above allegations, 3 the aforesaid offences have been registered against the present Applicant. Hence, this application. 3. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that no weapon of offence has been seized from the possession of the Applicant and he has been in judicial custody since 30.06.2025, the trial is likely to take quite some time for its conclusion, therefore, he may be enlarged on bail. 4. Per contra, learned State Counsel opposed the bail application. 5. Having considered the submissions made by learned Counsel for the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, further considering the evidence collected and the nature and gravity of offence, without further commenting anything on the merits of the case, I am not inclined to release the Applicant on regular bail. 6.
