No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representations as stated supra seeking for grant of patta in the name of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the necessary parties and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representations. 3.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representations dated 08.08.2025 and 26.02.2026, seeking for grant of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 13783 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
