After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the revenue authorities and the said authorities may be directed to decide the said application of the petitioner in an expeditious manner. 3. Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned that if the petitioner files appropriate application within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order then they shall consider and decide the said application in an expeditious manner.
