This Court, vide order dated 18.09.2025 passed in MCRC No. 7100 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the petitioner, namely, Sumit Yadav had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned III Civil Judge Junior Division, Raigarh, District-Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 28.04.2026 has requested for grant of two month’s additional time for concluding the trial. It transpires from the perusal of the P.U.D. that in the present case, the trial could not proceed expeditiously as one of the accused had absconded from the trial Court. The said accused was accordingly declared absconding and was subsequently produced before the competent Court on 27.04.2026. Thereafter, necessary legal proceedings consequent upon his production were carried out. Due to the aforesaid circumstances, substantial time was consumed in the conduct of the trial. Since the evidence of some witnesses still remains to be recorded, the learned trial Court has sought extension of time and has prayed for grant of two months' further time for concluding the trial and disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
