Petitioner is serving as driver in the Department of Medical Health. By means of this writ petition, he has sought a writ of mandamus directing the Principal, Regional Medical and Health Training Centre, Motinagar, Haldwani, Nainital to release his salary for the period between June, 2025 to February, 2026 and salary for another four days period in the month of May, 2025. 4. This Court issued interim mandamus to the Principal, vide order dated 27.02.2026, asking him to release the unpaid salary and other outstanding dues within three weeks or to show cause by filing counter affidavit. 5. Mr. Tarun Prakash Singh Takuli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Principal has released the amount of unpaid salary and other pending dues, on 20.03.2026, and now, there is no grievance of the petitioner left in the matter. He, therefore, submits that the writ petition can be disposed of as infructuous. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
