P.P. …...... 02/24.02.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections under Sections 302, 201, 120-B r/w 34 of the IPC. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is no eye witness in this case and only on suspicion he has been implicated in this case. There was some affair between this petitioner and co-accused, namely Madhe Diggi @ Madeh Diggi and another one. Petitioner name transpired from the confessional statement of the co-accused. There is no direct material against this petitioner and there is no recovery also. Co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 17.02.2026 passed in B.A. No.10606 of 2025. 5. Considering the fact that co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 17.02.2026 passed in B.A. No.10606 of 2025 , I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sub-Divisional Court, Chakradharpur (Chaibasa) in connection with Karaikela Police Station Case No.29 of 2020 in S.T. No.316 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand.
