IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK W.P.(C) No.8138 of 2026 CORAM: JUSTICE SASHIKANTA MISHRA ORDER 06.04.2026 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged refusal of the Tahasildar, Chandbali to accept the mutation application proposed to be submitted by him for mutation of land. No reasons have been indicated. In fact, the application itself appears to have not been accepted. 3.
