(Oral) Learned counsel for appellant has raised various arguments to submit that impugned interlocutory order dated 30.04.2026 should be modified. 2. It is submitted that scope of work allotted to present appellant is different from scope of work allotted to unofficial respondent/writ petitioner. He has referred to the work orders attached with the writ petition. 3. We have heard learned counsel for parties. HCJ & NJSJ WA_623_2026 4. It is a matter of record and not denied that this appeal has been filed challenging an interlocutory order. Application seeking vacation of this order has also been filed by present appellant and is pending adjudication before learned Single Judge. 5. In this view of the matter, we do not find any ground to cause interference at this stage. 6. Appellant is at liberty to file appropriate application for listing of his application seeking vacating/modification of interim order before the 1st Vacation Court and in case such an application is filed, same be listed for hearing. 7. It is clarified that there is no expression of opinion on merits of the matter. 8. Writ Appeal is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
