By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs : 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to case of petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby setting-aside the impugned order dated 04.01.2023 (Annexure P/1) and further be pleased to direct the respondent no. 6 not to take any coercive step against the petitioners pursuant to order passed by the respondent no. 3. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given. 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have an alternative remedy, which they have not yet availed. Hence, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioners to 3 approach the authorities concerned before whom the alternative remedy lies. 3. Permission granted. 4. Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative efficacious remedy available to them under the law. 5.
