Mr Abhay Sambre, learned counsel for the petitioner clearly states that the representation is pending with the State Government. Whereas, original application filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal is also pending and no decision has been taken till date despite there is an urgency. 3. Mr N. S. Rao, learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that within two weeks representation of the petitioner will be considered as per the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal dated 21/05/2025 passed in OA No. 432 of 2025. 2026:BHC-NAG:10864-DB 2 101.wp.6426.2026.odt 4. We accept the statement of the learned AGP as an undertaking given by DFO Mr Vishal Borade. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner then points out the document dated 12/12/2025 which is at Page 148 of the record. He submits that it is the request of the petitioner to take into consideration this document, while considering the representation. 6. We do not find any reason to say no to consider such request made by the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.2 to take into consideration letter dated 12/12/2025 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change while deciding the representation of the petitioner. 8. Needless to mention that we have not recorded any findings about the applicability of the said letter to the case of the petitioner. 9. The respondent No.2 shall independently examine whether such letter, as requested by the petitioner to consider, is applicable to the case of the petitioner or not. 10. Till the decision on the original application, if any recommendations are issued on the post on which the petitioner is claiming his right, the same shall be subject to the result of the original application. 3 101.wp.6426.2026.odt 11. The learned Central Administrative Tribunal is directed to decide the Original Application No. 710 of 2025 within eight weeks from today. 12. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to communicate this order and also the date if any fixed by the Central Administrative Tribunal to all the respondents in the said OA after furnishing the copy of this order. 13.
