Heard Mr. B.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers: “1. It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing Crime No.1495 of 2025 registered at P.S. – Supela, Out post Smriti Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) on dated 16.12.2025 under Section 309(6) of the BNS and also quash the charge-sheet filed by the Police on dated 30.12.2025 under Section 309(6) of the BNS and may also quash the cognizance taken on dated 31.12.2025 by the Ld. CJM Durg under Section 309(6) of BNS, in Criminal Case No. 45536 of 2025. 2. Any other relief this Hon’ble High Court deems fit in the interest of justice.” 3. After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. He further 3 submits that the petitioners would cooperate in the trial. 4. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to the same. 5. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty.
