Heard Mr. Badruddin Khan, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Saumya Rai, learned Deputy Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondent / State. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has preferred this petition for modification of the order dated 22.04.2026 passed by this Court in MCRC No.2301 of 2026 (Raja Vastrakar vs. State of C.G.) stating that this Court has directed to grant bail to the applicant furnishing a personal bond with two sureties, as has been KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 mentioned in para 7 of the order. He further submits that so far as two sureties are concerned, the applicant has no sureties in Bilaspur, due to which, he could not be released on bail even though he has been granted bail by this Court on 22.04.2026. Hence, he prays to grant him bail on furnishing a personal bond. 3. In view of the above “a personal bond with two sureties” mentioned in para 7 of the order dated 22.04.2026 in MCRC No.2301 of 2026 is modified to the extent of “a personal bond”. 4. Accordingly, the present CRMP is allowed. 5. The order dated 22.04.2026 passed by this Court be modified as mentioned above. 6. A copy of this order be placed in the record of MCRC No.2301 of 2026.
