JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This Court vide order dated 15.04.2026 suspended the sentence subject to depositing 50% of the fine amount inclusive of the fine amount already in deposit within a period of four weeks before the Trial Court. In the previous date of hearing i.e., on 02.06.2026, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner made the submission that the matter is settled between the parties and going to file memo to that effect. The learned counsel has not filed any application for extension of time and today also not filed any memo with regard to the matter is settled and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that instead of complying the order and filing the application for extension of time, a false submission was made before the Court on 02.06.2026 that matter is settled and not filed the memo to that effect before this Court.
