2 direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner and to open the Prathamik Krishi Shakh Sahkari Samity Maryadit Seepat District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh at the earliest at looking to the future condition of the small villagers of 12-15 villages of Seepat Areas, in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that reliefs as prayed for by the petitioner have already been granted in his favour, as such, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the cooperative society has been reopened, however, fertilizer etc. are not being supplied to the cooperative centre.
4. Considering the relief sought by the petitioner, this Writ Petition seems to be infructuous which is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned authorities raising his grievance and even after that also if his grievance still persists, he may approach this Court. Sd/-
