Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. Pursuant to order dtd.18.03.2026, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner produced copy of the application so filed by him to get the certificate in question before Opp. Party No. 3 in Court. The same be kept in record. 4. Considering the nature of prayer as made in the writ petition, this Court while disposing the writ petition, directs Opp. Party No. 3 to take a decision on the application made by the Petitioner to get the certificate in question on 20.01.2026 vide Application Reference No. E-SCO/2026/25008 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law, if the same has not yet been disposed of in the meantime. 5.
