1. Heard Ms. T. Begum, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Matia Police Station Case No.35/2025, under Section 22 (C) of the NDPS Act.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that Police has already filed the Charge-Sheet and the charges are yet to be framed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner should be allowed to go on bail considering the long period of detention and undertakes that he will fact the trial.
5. After considering the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides, this Court is of the opinion that, at this stage allowing the petitioner to go on bail will definitely hamper early disposal of the case before the Trial Court.
6. Let the Trial Court frame charges and after that the Bail Application of the petitioner shall be considered.
