It is pointed out by the learned A.P.P. that the applicant has not disclosed the fact that he has earlier approached this Court for grant of bail and that Application has been withdrawn on 29.04.2026, however, liberty was granted to file fresh application after 6 months. It is his submission that this amounts to suppression of fact, and though period of 6 months is not over, present application is filed. 3. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits Rgd. 2026:BHC-NAG:10914 Order 210826ba985.26 2 that he is not aware of these facts. The relatives of applicant has not disclosed the same to him. He however, seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4. Permission granted. Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. JUDGE Rgd.
