At the very outset by placing a copy of the order, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 would submit that today, the petitioner has been permitted to join the duties of Anganbadi Worker, as per the orders passed by this Court on 22/04/2026 in WPS No.3486/2026. 3. At this stage, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that albeit the order passed by this Court in the month of April, 2026, but the same has been complied with today itself i.e. after lapse of about two months, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority in respect of the salary for the period when the order of termination was stayed by this Court. 4.
