Learned State counsel submits that based on the application of petitioner, decision has already been taken by Deputy Director, BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 Fisheries and rejected the claim observing that ponds, subject matter of writ petition Sheetala Temple Pond could not be given for pisciculture because it is used for ‘Nistari’ and this decision has not been challenged. 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings, before appropriate authority, if any exigency arises in future. 3.
