Pursuant to the earlier order, the respondent Board has taken a decision on May 6, 2026, a copy whereof, as handed over by Ms. Bhattacharya, learned Advocate for the Board, has been taken on record. 2. By the said decision, the Board has decided to rescind the impugned memo of September 6, 2021, and has permitted the petitioner to join the school as an Assistant Teacher. 3. Mr. Sanyal, learned senior Advocate for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has accepted the portion of the order relating to the rescission of the alleged letter of resignation and the permission to join the school. 4. However, insofar as the order relates to her disentitlement of arrear fiscal benefits on account of absence from duty from March 1, 2016 till the date of her joining, the petitioner intends to challenge the same. 5. The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a separate writ petition, if so advised. 6. With the afore-stated direction, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
