Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the third bail application and contended that the petitioner's second bail application was dismissed vide order dated 27.03.2025, considering the merits of the case and thereafter 2 witnesses have been examined. The allegations levelled against the petitioner are grave in nature, therefore the third bail application of the accused- petitioner may be dismissed. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the fact that the second bail application of the accused-petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 27.03.2025, thereafter, the Trial Court has recorded statement of 2 witnesses and examination of PW-2 Dau Dayal is still incomplete.
